If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
in this situation you need to make an unboxing video of the parcel, once approved we’ll replace your item within one week.
- Claiming Transport Damage
- Make a detailed unboxing video of the parcel to claim any damages during transport
- Detailed unboxing video should be made and sent within 24hours of delivery
- If the damage is approved you’ll need to send the damaged item back to us
- After getting the receipt from your side we initiate the replacement process on the same day but dispatch may take upto 7 days
A Reverse shipping label will be sent to you, you just need to print it out and paste it on the return items
