Terms And Conditions After Getting The Product

1. Claiming Transport Damage

• Make a detailed unboxing video of the parcel to claim any damages during transport
• Detailed unboxing video should be made and sent within 24hours of delivery
• If the damage is approved you’ll need to send the damaged item back to us
• After getting the receipt from your side we initiate the replacement process on the same day but dispatch may take upto 7 days

1. Claiming Missing Items

• Make a detailed unboxing video of the parcel to claim any damages during transport
• Detailed unboxing video should be made and sent within 24hours of delivery
• If the missing item is approved, the item will be sent to you within 7days, you’ll not need to pay for any delivery charges.

1. Claiming Malfunctioning Units

• Make Testing Video of the Malfunctioning Unit, Link for the testing video will be sent to you
• If the damage is approved you’ll need to send the damaged item back to us
• After getting the receipt from your side we initiate the replacement process on the same day but dispatch may take upto 7 days
